My Day in Three for today:

1. I caught up on a week’s worth of admin and calendar management this morning. I had a lot of personal stuff to plan.
2. I ran just before lunch today—7K in total. It’s my first 7K of 2026, and it wasn’t bad considering I’m still a bit jetlagged.
3. I watched the first F1 race of the season this afternoon since getting up at 5 AM for the Melbourne race was not feasible. After the race, my wife and I prepared our family dinner for tonight. We enjoy being in the kitchen together.

My Day in Three for today:

1. I continued to clean up my digital photo archive today by cleansing another three years of photos.
2. Watched two episodes of Shrinking and
3. Went to bed early to recover.

1. I’m back home in the Netherlands. Traveling on an overnight flight feels a bit like time-traveling to me.
2. I didn’t do any work this afternoon to decompress a little from my journey back home.
3. I worked in our garden this afternoon to stay awake and pass the time. Spring is definitely in the air now.

My Day in Three for today:

1. I’ve finished my last working day in Brazil. I used today for individual 1:1’s with my team and for reflection and feedback on everything I’ve learned and seen from our teams this week. Being back in Brazil was great. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. I hope to do the same in return someday.
2. I’m tired from all the events and conversations this week. I’m typing this post from the taxi and look forward to being able to close my eyes soon, as the ride to the airport will be long due to traffic in this massive city.
3. 🛫 São Paulo – Amsterdam 🛬 on a 11 hour overnight flight. Fun fact, this will be flight 200 that I’m tracking with Flighty.app.

My Day in Three for today:

1. 🛫 Porto Alegre – São Paulo 🛬
2. I’m halfway through my business trip to Brazil. The week has been intense, and there are a lot of lessons and experiences I need to process. As a result, I’m not sleeping too well. I woke up today around 4 AM and couldn’t get back to sleep because my brain immediately went to work. After today there is one more day to go before I head back home to the Netherlands.
3. For my final night here, the local leadership team took me to a restaurant called Loup. We had a great dinner, some lovely wine, and a great time together. As always during my travels I’m grateful for the opportunities I get.
